Nap\u0159\u00edklad i na n\u00e1kupech v obchodn\u00edch domech se toho d\u00e1 nachodit, kdy\u017e vynech\u00e1me v\u00fdtahy a eskal\u00e1tory! Brzy si zvykneme a \u010dast\u00e1 svi\u017en\u00e1 ch\u016fze n\u00e1m bude p\u0159ipadat naprosto p\u0159irozen\u00e1.\u00a0Co d\u00e1l?Kdy\u017e zvl\u00e1dneme ch\u016fzi, m\u016f\u017eeme na pohybu p\u0159id\u00e1vat. Nejv\u00edce se toho \u201esp\u00e1l\u00ed\u201c p\u0159i nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 aktivit\u011b, kdy se na\u0161e tepov\u00e1 frekvence dostane asi na 110 a\u017e 130 \u00fader\u016f za minutu. Ka\u017ed\u00fd to m\u00e1 ov\u0161em trochu jinak, je to dost individu\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost. Obecn\u011b lze doporu\u010dit, \u017ee spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 hodnoty \u201etepovky\u201c dos\u00e1hneme, kdy\u017e si p\u0159i pohybu zvl\u00e1dneme i pov\u00eddat. Proto je vhodn\u00e9 sportovat s kamar\u00e1dkou! Pokud nebudeme moci popadnout dech, ubereme na intenzit\u011b pohybu. Je pot\u0159eba sv\u00e9 t\u011blo poslouchat. Kdy\u017e zvol\u00edme vhodn\u00fd sport, budeme odbour\u00e1vat tukov\u00e9 pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159ky \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b. Dobrou volbou jsou sporty vytrvalostn\u00ed. B\u011bh, plav\u00e1n\u00ed cyklistika. M\u016f\u017eeme zkusit t\u0159eba nordic walking nebo aerobik ve vod\u011b. Turistika je tak\u00e9 v\u00fdborn\u00e1, na v\u00fdlet m\u016f\u017eeme vz\u00edt celou rodinku! Vyhr\u00e1no maj\u00ed ty z n\u00e1s, co jsou pani\u010dkami ak\u010dn\u00edho pejska. Svi\u017en\u00e9 dlouh\u00e9 proch\u00e1zky je jist\u011b neminou!\u00a0Mus\u00edme st\u00e1le m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee kdy\u017e si vybereme n\u011bjak\u00fd sport, je pot\u0159eba se mu v\u011bnovat pravideln\u011b. Jen tak to m\u00e1 smysl!
